Welcome to KWPC! Below is a checklist to help guide you through the on-boarding process. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to a KWPC staff member for assistance.
Complete the following items as soon as possible
and in the order shown.
1. Sign up with the Park City Board of Realtors within 5 days of joining KWPC.
2. Submit your MLS ID# to Lorraine.

3. Submit your wall license and auto insurance to Lorraine or through the link below.

4. Get your headshot taken. Our photographer will reach out to you soon!
5. Order your complimentary set of business cards and for sale sign.

6. Submit your New Agent Bios. One bio should be peer facing, introducing yourself to fellow real estate agents in the area. The second bio should be client facing and will be used on your website and social media accounts.

7. Download the KW app from the App Store on your phone. Don't forget to brand the app with your contact info so you can share it with contacts!

9. Watch the following training videos!

10. Bring your laptop to Pari to have her set up the office printers.
11. Attend the next session of Ignite Training.  
12. Interview with Tim Rush to qualify for floor time.
13. Complete the 12-Hour New Agent Course at the Utah Division of Real Estate.
